Client Acquisition / Account Executive
You'll identify potential SME clients, communicate the value of Vanilla Pixl's digital services and develop long-term client relationships. It's a consultative sales role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping businesses grow online.
Duties & responsibilities
- Prospecting for potential SME clients that need a new or improved website
- Outbound prospecting and responding to inbound enquiries
- Qualifying prospects and conducting initial discovery conversations
- Understanding business objectives and pain points
- Presenting Vanilla Pixl's services and the Website-as-a-Service / MRR model
- Preparing proposals and following up with prospects
- Managing the sales pipeline and booking discovery calls
- Supporting client onboarding and maintaining CRM records
- Building ongoing client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities
- Supporting client retention and contributing to revenue targets
Ideal candidate
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with business owners
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing a pipeline
- Genuine interest in websites, technology, AI and digital marketing
- Relationship-building mindset over hard selling
Experience in B2B sales, account management, digital agencies or SaaS is advantageous but not required — we care more about attitude, communication and a real interest in digital.
